He let me take my time looking at sofas with no pushy attitude. He asked me what I was interested on and let me choose the one I wanted, not the one he wanted to sell me. When come time to pay, he charged me the price he quoted...no added fees or taxes etc. Delivery arrangements were very swift and courteous. I get my sofa tomorrow ...no waiting for days or weeks.
