Had my Mini Cooper Countryman in for a service and inspection. John and his team did a great job on my repair. Had the 70,000 mile service done. They replaced a failed engine mount did the rear brake pads and other needed services. I will use Empire again and would recommend them for your automotive repair work.

I don’t know where to start. One month ago today, my son’s 2008 BMW was taken to the BMW dealership for the third time with fuel issues. It was his graduation present. I had already spent over 6 grand in two weeks getting the car fixed there. They told me my car was done. Gave me numbers to a salvage yard to accompany the $28000.00 bill they said would cost to fix my car. I sat on it for a few days and looked up Empire Automotive. Needless to say, it was the best decision I ever made. Brand new fuel
Injectors, coils, spark plugs and a few other small things and it’s back on the road better than it ever was. Oh, and did I mention that it was only $5000.00. John is amazing. He’s a good human. I can’t recommend him enough. If you need someone working on your car, call him. You won’t regret it. Thank you Empire Automotive. I’m one happy mama, and my son is over the moon.

John and his crew are very thorough and got my 1996 BMW running better than it ever has at a very reasonable price. When I need work done in the future, Empire is the only place I will consider taking it.

if your read this.. please don't take your BMW here...he's no good of a mechanic.. my car takes shutting off at stop light after he told me it was ready.. no good !

I had an excellent experience with Empire Automotive. My mini need a new front differential and John was honest and helpful. He kept me informed during the process and was very fair in pricing. He and his staff did an excellent job on the repair. My mini drives like new again! I will definitely have use them in the future for any repairs I might need.
