This is an upfront and honest place to get your vehicle worked on. They check out your vehicle and call you with a price if you request one about how much your repair will be. I've never had any problems with them. So it can't hurt to call them and get an estimate. I think you'll be pleased.

First time customer, very satisfied. Older Acura was overheating and some other issues. They replaced water pump and Tstat. Also replaced timing belt. I couldn’t be more pleased. The work was completed promptly and car is running great! I will definitely be back! I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Kept Jeep for Month still having problems. Was told he was voiding warranty and to take it somewhere else. This is extremely sad and heartbreaking for a guy you trusted and had respect for. That he would take advantage of a single father with 3 small children. Money doesn’t grow on trees. Lost all respect for the owner and business. Do not take your cars to ACCURATE AUTO. But he will have to face God one day and I hope he can stand tall and proud.Services: Transmission

It’s a crying shame I spend over $10,000 on different cars at this shop $2000 this recent time to fix my 04 jeep Cherokee they kept it a month and when I got it back they charged me for the parts they did not put on my car and the only way I found out was being stopped and ticketed for the part that was supposed to be replaced when I called and asked why i was told they would not fix it my receipt and warranty was no longer gonna be valid and I could have someone else fix it it’s a shame after all the money and business I have gave them and recommended that I would have to be writing this but I will not be going back and you should not bring your business here

do not spend your money here they do not honor their warranty it takes a month to fix a transmission wipers and tail lights that they didnt even put in and when you call them your hung up on and told they will not fix it total waste of $2000 I have the same problems after 5 days of having the vehicle back (again after a month of sitting waiting on parts they didnt put in since the end of August) now Im stuck having to find somebody else to fix it and shell out more money take your business anywhere else but here and this coming from a customer since 2017 it will not go into park sometimes the windshield wiper switch he charged me $100 for do not work and the taillights that I originally brought it to them for were never put in my vehicle

I just left after an experience with the owner Jeff Ensley that I am still in shock over! The entire experience was Not good but the encounter I had with him was the worst experience I've ever had with a bussiness much less the Actual owner! He was rude and so unprofessional I honestly thought he was kinda joking in the beginning. The shameful part of it all is he honestly thought he was so "cute" in the way he behaved "proud" of himself in some weird kind of way! I am a painter and if I can't please a customer it really bothers me I do my best to make sure anyone who does bussiness with me has a postive experience and would recommend me to others and I conduct myself in a professional manner even when i want to go all "redneck woman" lol Jeff behaved very badly towards me today he kept my Jeep 5 days for a simple repair told me several different stories about wrong parts being delivered on multiple days Tried to charge me and extra 70.00 glad I kept the original quoted price on his card he made his 229.00 but he sure shamed himself as a man and as a bussiness owner in my book!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I used to be very happy with them, but I have lost faith in their customer service. I had work done on my jeep, and left with new problems that were directly related to the work they performed. They said the issues were not related, but I have a working knowledge about mechanics and stated my case. They were unwilling to make any corrections to rectify the situation.My business will be handled elsewhere

Appointments required, and sometimes they're two weeks out. The good news is that they work in it when they say they will. Good mechanics.
