Kyle arrived on time. He was pleasant and professional. He gave me my estimate and then I asked when he could do the work. Now was his response! Carpet looks fabulous! He even removed a purple stain that had mysteriously appeared (possibly a blueberry stain?) I highly recommend A Better Clean for their quality work and value!!!

I booked this company for a deep clean of my home. My husband and I both work full time and recently moved into an older home so we were looking forward to a “reset” of cleanliness. We took time out of our holiday yesterday to make sure our home was decluttered and totally ready for a deep clean. They were supposed to be here at 8am this morning so I took time off work to let them in and show them around. I did not hear from anyone by 8:15, I called and no one answered, and I texted the number that texted me to schedule. I finally got a text at 8:40 that they will need to reschedule me 2 weeks from now. I normally don’t leave google reviews but I just wanted to make people aware because based on other reviews I saw this seems to be a pattern.
