I made an appointment and arrived early. Hunter assisted me earlier than scheduled and was exceptionally helpful and sympathetic in a difficult circumstance. I appreciated his kind demeanor and professionalism. He answered questions I had unrelated to the appointment and provided the direction I needed for next steps. Highly recommend working with Hunter.

Walked in to Bank on a Thursday afternoon, it was pouring outside so they had no customers. I wanted to open an account, they said I needed an appointment because it takes 1 hr to set up a new account. Made an appointment for the following day. I show up the next day, they had a line to the door, so they made me wait, about 20-25 minutes. Finally when they got to me I told them I wanted to open a business account, and they were like oh sorry we can't help you it takes an hour and a half to open a business account, wish you would've told us that yesterday. I've worked in banking before, opening accounts, business and personal, not sure what kind of accounts they are opening because it absolutely does not take over an hour to open an account. Also if they have different procedures to open different types of accounts why wouldn't they ask you when you set up an appointment? How is a customer to know they take an extra half hour to open a certain type of account. Terrible customer service. Why even set up appointments if they are going to make you wait so other customers don't have to?

Our investment company called to make an appointment to set up new accounts, we were advised to make an appointment online. We did and got confirmation through emails of the appointment. When we arrived another lady arrived with us and said they had told her to come back today at 10am. She was taken back and we were hardly spoken to. After waiting 15 minutes we asked the teller about our apt. After another 10 mins we were informed that the online system had booked us with a banker who was on leave? (Odd since the lady told us she had been their yesterday and they told her to come back without an apt tomorrow).. We only booked this two weeks ago. One of our members traveled 2.5 hrs for this meeting. We were told no one there at that office could help us today. So three members of our company wasted several hours because we made an apt online like we were told to. This bank lacks serious professionalism and doesn’t have control of their online systems. Be sure after you make an appointment with a banker you follow up because their system doesn’t work, even when they send you a conformation email to make sure you will be at your assigned appointment.

I will make a long story short, I had a account for years no problem,last year my account was breached by employee, I had 10s of thousands gone, wiped account out. They refused to honor insurance, I went thru all the way to corporate. They never involved me investigation or kept me in loop.One day I received a letter from them saying it was employee that breached my personal information. They no longer worked at the branch.They allowed a federal crime to occur but no restitution or honoring obligation. They did offer 2 years of free I'd theft protection but not the lost money!It's pretty bad when they admit fault but you end up on lost end

Would leave zero stars but its not an option, and finally had a very helpful female window teller named Grace help with multiple transactions. First of all, they have no signs stating masks are required in this establishment. My mask straps broke on the last mask I had, and I refused to wear one from their counter out of a box of what had plainly written on the side as "non-medical grade masks" that was open and multiple people had already had their nasty hands in including smears on the box. After about 5 minutes the male teller offered a mask from a box on the counter, which I refused . When I approached the counter the same male refused to help me. I then tried to use the drive thru teller, but my work truck wouldn't fit through the drive thru, and the same male inside refused walk up service at the drive thru. At this time he called my employer from the phone number listed on my truck(I was not on company time on my lunch break) to tattle on me for not wearing a mask, in which my boss called me immediately to ask what happened. Finally another teller Grace was able to help me through the drive thru window. Nice to know Wells Fargo employs mask shamers. I will be closing all of my accounts with Wells Fargo, and will never do business with them again.(By the way, if you follow the actual science behind the masks and vaccinations, they both cause more health problems and are scientifically proven to not work as we are being led to believe). Businesses are nothing without customers, make sure they know and understand that.Then they add this reply below wanting me to give them all of my personal information. YEAH RIGHT!!! Not happening.

This is based on the drive thru. The bank itself was not open to go inside. We needed some info on my acct and the girl who helped was very nice. She was very fast getting the information needed. I was so happy she could help most of the time they won't do things like that at the window and they want you to go in. More of a hassle. I like wells fargo, they are always been great to work with! First time at this bank too.

How can I make my car payment when they are closed. Been by twice and one time they were rude and wouldn't come to the door. Most other Banks are open.
