Pay money for the automated car wash. And after driving forward and Stop when it says stop. Nothing happens just sits there saying Soap .

Probably the worst car wash I've ever been to. My car was more dirty after washing it than it was before. Won't ever waste my money or time here again.

Always a good wash. Once it took my money and wash didnt start. I called their number and the owner took care of it right away. Even called back a few days later to make certain I had been refunded. Excellent business!

Good: you can pay with the card.
Pretty much everything worked, but the foam.. it’s okay though, no biggie. I’m sure they fixed it already.

I go there to rinse my truck when it is just dusty. The drive thru does a good job too.

Update: Refund was issued,plus a free car wash. Adjusting from 1 star to 4, for promptly rectifying the situation and working on the issue.
Went through the drive thru wash at 2:45PM today. It didn't rinse my car,I was left with soap and wax all over my car. Spent $10 there with no rinse,had to go to another car wash and spend $12 more to get a rinse.Will not use this place again. Picture below as the wash ended shows soap all over my windshield as the dryer pushed it around.

I love this damn car wash. Everything always works and works well. I've seen the owner there on multiple occasions checking on the equipment and doing maintenance.

So I stopped by Taylor Car Wash this morning (5/7/2023) to do a quick wash on my car, I usually use the self wash brush and wand, but I had left my cash at home so I decided to use the automated wash. I pushed the button for the quick wash which is posted as $6.00, and swiped my card. When I got home I checked my online banking to balance my books, and I saw that Taylor Car Wash had taken $10.00 from my account. I've used Mr. Taylor's car wash dozens of times doing the self service, but the very first time I used the automated service I had $4.00 extra stolen off my card. I will continue to use the car wash, but self service and cash only where I control how much money it gets from me, I will not trust the automated service there ever again. I wonder how many people this happens to and goes unnoticed? I'm willing to bet Mr. Taylor doesn't even know it happens, but when I see him working the wash again I will definitely bring it to his attention.

Fantastic wash. My car was filthy and covered with bug splattering. Pre-soak really did the trick on the bugs and the automatic left the car really clean and shinny.
