Poor workmanship and material. Repair shop unwilling to correct defects, instead chose to blame their use of inferior aftermarket materials to make these repairs.

I chose this shop because they were the closest place approved by my insurance after getting in a fender bender, but I am so glad I did! The staff at Joe Hudson's Collision was so kind, personable, and kept me updated on the status of my repair, even when it was delayed a few days because of needing some additional parts to come in. The paint match to my 4Runner is perfect, and it looks good as new. This a great crew, and they will take care of you and your vehicle.

I was rear ended, and this body shop quoted a replacement rear bumper, and trunk. Went to pick up my car, and the radio wasn’t working… someone left the trunk open and there was at least an inch of water covering my amp, thankfully that works. Next, there was overspray, EVERYWHERE. I had to scrap the windows on all but the front windshield and drivers side window. There was clearly care free bondo done. On my “new trunk”. There was dirt that looked like it was under the base coat. Still there to this day. And my rear bumper seemed to have been just sprayed over, extremely shotty job guys. P.S. they tried to deny that my trunk was left open. Luckily the amp still worked. Awful job, awful desk service. And a job I could’ve done in a garage in about a days worth of work. If anyone’s curious, I have pictures, paint even came off of the trunk “another reason I know they used the filler” buy me a new bumper, trunk and let me chose where to have it installed and painted next time ;)
