Really cool nursery tucked away in West Asheville. A massive selection of indoor plants. We didn't go at the best time for outdoor planting, so I can't speak to that as much. Most plants were very healthy. Prices were a little higher than what you typically see. I do wish there would have been more 'medium-sized' plants. There were either super large or freshly rooted cuttings. Nonetheless will likely go back.

I discovered Ross Farm because of its proximity to my daughter’s house she just moved to. I wish I would’ve known about it sooner! I love my flowers for our balcony. I’m going back for more.

We have been buying our vegetables and other plants from this place for over twenty years now. We wouldn't go anywhere else, period. Their prices are unbeatable, the staff is super-friendly, helpful, and know their stuff. The plants are top notch quality, and they always have unique plants, beautiful flowers... it just doesn't get any better. The original owner, Jack Young was a friend of my grandparents, and we just love this place. If you're looking for plants, this is the place to get them. Thanks guys, see you next spring!!!

Go get some flower therapy !! I really like this place staff has always been nice every time I go.
Make sure you drive slow when you turn into entrance there are ducks that are chilling along side of road. So be kind take in some nature and take your time.
If you are a fan of succulents they have some cool ones ! And some hanging baskets as well!
They have some cool pretty flowers !

A great plant nursery in a great location. The chairs by the pond and inside in-between plants are great places to just sit and relax. As an advanced hobbyist, i was amazed by the selection of plants they have. Some of the largest variegated plants Ive seen. The Billie in the center is such a show stopper. A lot of the plants are not for sale, unfortunately. There are a lot of outdoor plants and herbs as well. The staff seemed friendly as well. Will definitely come back when Im in town.

This nursery is well maintained and very beautiful! I bought a large plant from here a few months ago and they kindly repotted it for me. They have a large selection of different plants and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend visiting!

Absolute favorite new nursery. Everyone was so sweet when I walked up to this farm ☺️ Nikki was so kind and helpful, it was my first time there and I was floored by the selection. She got me excited for the spring and how filled the greenhouses will be ?
Really happy I stumbled across this place.
I came for houseplants and was happy with the selection, will be back each paycheck (lol).
If there’s ever a need for volunteers for anything, please let me know! Would love to be a part of such a lovely farm ?

I’ve purchased several plants from Ross Farm now and have been beyond pleased with what I’ve brought home. Every plant has not only been fully rooted, but the root systems are thriving. Rather than selling plants they propagate as quickly as they can to just get a cash return, they sell quality plants the give the buyer the best opportunity at success in transferring the plants to their homes and gardens. Beyond the quality of the plants, every customer service experience there has been five star service. They answer all my questions and smile and have great conversations. The prices are also set right and fair with several of the plants of purchased being well below what would be considered market value. Can’t say enough positive for Ross Farm.

Our first trip here was July 22 and came back today July 24. We have been to a lot of plant nurseries from East Tennessee, Chattanooga, Southern part of Virginia and other area nurseries in the Asheville area. This is by far the best one we have been to. It’s worth the drive for us from Jonesborough, TN. They truly care about their plants in their care and their customers. This is our new #1 nursery to go to for house plants.
