Had them install a glass shower door 1.5 years ago. Installation was incorrect. They only took one measurement for width which doesn’t allow for any slight curve of the drywall. When installed it was almost rubbing the tile wall for half of the length of the glass door. Within a month it wouldn’t open. They came out, saw their error and fixed it. But now a year later the door is rubbing on the bottom. Tried unsuccessfully a few times to get in touch with them to see what I could do to fix it. They never got back with me. I did a bunch of youtube searching and found the problem and eventually fixed it myself. They never installed setting block shims within the door hinges. Something that needs to be done but apparently so many glass door companies either don’t know to do it or just don’t bother. Either way it’s been a headache. Go elsewhere.Service: Glass installation

I don't understand how they are in business. I ordered a door window in October, 2021. I called after months of not hearing from them. They assured me that the window never arrived from overseas, but they would reorder it. The last times I called, they let it go to voicemail and never returned my call. I asked them to PLEASE just let me know if they can get me the glass as they had said. They ignored me.A year later, and I had to find another company. It was more difficult because Rhodes had my partially broken glass that was needed as a template.I am a friendly man, and there was nothing that would explain treating me this way.Service: Window repair

I've been a general contractor for over 40 years and have worked with many glass contractors. I can honestly say that I have never worked with a company as fine as Rhodes Glass. Their scheduling was expeditious and communication was pleasant and timely. The situation was difficult due to the shower tile being out of level and out of square, so when the installers came, I was ready to accept a less than perfect result. I was amazed at the precision of the final product. The installers were extremely skilled and also pleasant gentlemen. I would recommend Rhodes Glass to anyone who needs a glass product.Services: General door installation
