The frequent buyer programs that a lot of the pet food has have saved me hundreds over the years! They’ve offered help to my car with my pet food, I believe every time I’ve been there. “The ONLY place i shop for kitty supplies in Asheville for years! They have been around for ever and really care about the customer plus our pet needs. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND being friendly, helpful, kind, and I always leave with a huge smile on my face!!!!Support a small local bussiness...forget the rest. They even help you when your car breaks down in the middle of a hot summer by being kind, offering shade, and water, and letting you work out your car issues.All the employees there are the best and keep me smiling. And the decor is so fun. They used to have some wonderful shop cats but now there is shop fish. lolGo here as a local the vibes are immaculate!!! I hope they stay in bussiness fureverrrrrr.....And all the staff needs raises for being the best all the time.”

“Staying in Black Mountain for 10 days and our buddy needed a bath! No where here in town on google though. So I made a few phone calls to groomers who recommended this place. Took our fur baby in to Bath and Bones. Such a friendly and sweet employee! Sorry I didn’t catch her name but she explained everything about the tub to us and was so kind to our doggie giving him treats and sweet talking to him. The entire place was clean and well organized too.We ended up purchasing a brush and a pack of poop bags too. I highly recommend!”

“I guess I went in on a bad day the registers were all down I was getting fish so I have four bags of fish so he writes down all the fish that I have send me home with him I go back and pay him as soon as the registers are up and running so very sweet they are”

“We had recently moved to the area and were trying to find a high quality groomer after a few rough experiences, and boy, did we find it! The prices are a bit higher than what we are used to, but Devon did a fantastic groom on our little girl and made us feel at home and welcome from the minute we walked in. Our pup has a history of bad anxiety with the groomer, and not only was she wagging her tail while he talked to her, she wasn't shaking or nervous at all when we came to pick her up! His knowledge and warm personality made us feel very comfortable trusting him, and we will absolutely be coming back to see him.”
