Carolina Mountain Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy! The customer service they provide is amazing! The prices are unbelievably cheap even without insurance!!! If I could give more stars ? I would!

The Folks at Carolina Mountain Pharmacy are always willing to help in any way they can. They make sure I get a fair price for my medicine without insurance. There are other pharmacies that charge 10 times what CMP charges me because those pharmacies don't care about people. It seems to me that CMP wants to make sure people can get the medicine they need at a reasonable price just because they care about the well being of their customers. I am thankful for them.

I am so happy that I left CVS!!! And transferred to Carolina Mountain pharmacy. When you call they always pick up on the second ring LOVE IT!!!! And all so friendly.

They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. I had a script that they couldn't get in until the next day and they called every other pharamacy in the area for me to see if they could find it and then when they didn't they stayed open late to make me something that would work in the meantime.

Hands down, the best pharmacy I have ever experienced. Left cvs for them and one of the best choices ever! It even costs less and they deliver to me! No more waiting and it's lovely. No big box pharmacy will pay attention to your meds like these guys do.

This pharmacy refused to go the extra step to make sure I got enough life sustaining medication. I try to support small businesses in my area, but when the time come, they need to be willing to look past ridiculous rules, especially when someone's life is at risk. The staph is excellent, but should bend the rules when the time comes.If I run out of the medication I take, it can KILL me.

The one rating score by another post MUST have either poor communication with the staff member or possibly the pharmacy had a bad timing/day. I’ve had CVS for years and they were HORRIBLE!!! But with CMP, I’ve been with them for about 2-3 years. I believe they do a professional job … they are very prompt, sends msgs to let me know when the prescriptions are filled, AND I even had them delivered my meds a couple times when I was unable to get transportation to pick them up. The staff members are ALWAYS FRIENDLY and COURTEOUS!! Even when they do have busy days and a VERY FEW times where things didn’t go the way it was promised, they did let me know when my meds can be filled as soon as they get more shipment of prescriptions in stock! IDT I would ever leave them bc compared to CVS or others, this pharmacy really does stand out!!!!

A delivery pharmacy that refuses to deliver life sustaining medication 3 miles a way in a timely manner then gave me a hard time when I tried to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy will never use again
