Easy to find a storage unit and book it online. Excellent customer service too. Marc made sure I could find my unit and that the provided lock worked too. Clean facility and close to home. Just what I needed.

The person whom texts and calls you isn't very great at giving information also not great at sending emails and documents . Hell I vacated my unit and months later they are still emailing me and trying to charge me after I closed out my account two months prior . They need better communication.

We stored our garage belongings after our move from Maine last August at StorSafe of Candler...almost 9 months. We liked the fact that it was a gated storage area with cameras and an on staff grounds keeper. The unit was clean and served us well. The entrance sign was very hard to see from the road and that was a drawback but the units were secluded and we felt our things were safe.

This is a great storage place with good security and cleanliness. I have rented here with the previous owner and though it is now owned by a larger company I found the local manager extremely responsive and helpful through the rental process. He answered all questions and made the process easy even though he isn’t on site. I definitely recommend this place for storage needs.

Marc is literally the best! I ended up needed assistance with my storage unit and he called me back in less than 3 mins and helped me out. I would definitely recommend anyone if they need a storage unit, come on by to StorSafe in Candler NC!

Contacted Storsafe after quoting through their online portal. This is my first time needing storage, and Theresa was an incredible help. Personable and professional, she helped make sure I had what I needed. The property is gated, well laid out, not cramped at all. Ideal for large vehicles. I'm not sure a first experience could have gone better.

I’ve rented with them for over a year. Best price and cleanest in the area. Also secure (need code to enter gate). I used to pay by phone or the kiosk out front but when the new owners took over I called.
Theresa has been the nicest customer service rep I could ask for. She’s so helpful, kind, and funny lol
I always enjoy taking to her when I pay each month. She is quick to respond and professional. Highly recommend.

This is my first time renting a storage unit and I’m so glad I chose StoreSafe in Candler. Theresa helped me throughout the entire process. She was so patient and informative and even took the time to help me over the holidays. Such great customer service. I’m so appreciative. I just dropped my first load off today and the facility was super clean and very secure. You need a code for every point of entry which makes me feel really safe to store my things here. They even provide carts to help load your stuff onto to make for an easy move which was so helpful because I was dreading having to move all of these boxes on my own. Thank you so much Theresa for all of your help!
