New employees are either not in tune or just have no idea what’s going on. The civilian man has 0 customer service skills, and makes passive aggressive comments for simple questions.
I use to have a seamless process receiving mail with the old staff, but on the few occasions I’ve had mail delivered with the new staff it’s always a hassle. I’m met with micro aggression, no yellow slip & passive aggressive comments. It’s a shame civilians come on military bases to abuse their authority and give service members a difficult time.

What you would expect from a post office. Good customer service. Not too crowded. It's getting more expensive to send packages. Prices are increasing.

I was stationed on Lejeune for 12 of my 20 years and then I worked here when I retired for a few years and I quickly grew to understand why USPS employees hate people lol. Never ever thought I would ever work here. Big shout out to Marty if your still working there man

I saw the past reviews and thought twice of coming here, but it is the closest one to where I live so… but to my surprise, I had nothing but great experience here in the last few months. My guess is that they had a change of staff and new set of people who work here.

Stood in line for an hour to open a P.O. box just to be told you can only apply online. Waste of my time. No wonder no one uses USPS.

Walked in at 4:24. And the man working there would not help me. (They close at 4:30). Closed the door on me. A horrible way for an establishment to operate.

Any minor inconvenience they face they take out on everyone else. Take a full extra month after they receive a package to deliver it.
