First of all the employees acted like I was d*** for asking for a code reader because every other location I have ever been to had one to help customers. Second of all the male employee decided to try and sell me a code reader that clearly would not work for a VW and I already knew that so being lied to was not okay. Employees should really learn that just because a woman walks in doesn't mean you can sell her anything. I'll be definitely avoiding this location.

Been coming here for years. Better quality and better prices than the other stores out in town. They have a great selection of parts and whatever they don’t have is usually shipped to their store for pickup within a few days.In general very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff, but especially Scott. Scott has been a huge reason why I keep coming back. He knows a TON about anything with an engine in it and is very helpful explaining solutions to issues when you ask him.
