If there was no stars I would give no stars. Worst experience at an H&R Block! Way over quoted us. Left without our taxes being done. Was told they would be sent off for someone else to do and never heard back from them. Called to cancel after three weeks of no response and was told there was a glitch in their system and since they didn’t contact us they wouldn’t charges us. (Well yeah, since you did nothing but waste my time, I would hope not.)
