Rj is the associate to see when it comes to handling your issues and concerns! He seamlessly helped me out while helping out other associates without missing a beat! Even when your not available to come in and get things done he’s there to help out and to have you all setup for when your available to come in.

Eric was the most helpful rep at Verizon we have come across in our 26 years with the company. He was so patient with us and assisted us with everything we needed even though it was toward the end of his shift! I would definitely return to this store and request working with him.
