Good wash but kiosks don't work now so an attendant comes out with an iPad to process a payment. While not bad, it's just inconvenient now and I'll probably be going somewhere else now unless they fix the kiosks.

This place changed names and ownership about 6 months ago and has gone way downhill $40+ /mo to have the wash be broken every other time and for half the vacuums to be broken regularly isn't going to work for me.

I’ve been trying to contact the car wash to cancel my membership no answer and when I send a email request no response even put my phone number in the email and asked for a call back

Do NOT go here. There phone is disabled, there wash will damage your car and they tell you your claim will be addressed within 24 hours/48 hours which is a lie.
My car was damaged recently and I have still not heard back from this company. I attempted to contact their customer support team and was denied. They have never picked up their phone at this location nor have they called back after the incident. They are forcing me drive there for a follow up. This is going to be reported to the BBB.

The car wash does a great job. I just took 2 stars off for customer service. I got a membership a few months ago. I was given a sticker. I went to a different whistle car wash and was told they cant scan my sticker and needed the app. So I got the app, the app is not finding my account with my license plate. I called this location for assistance. The gentleman who answered told be he didn’t know how to add my account, placed me on hold and I’m working this review as I’ve been on hold for 14 min. He finally came back on the line and he’s able to find my email but it’s showing I’m not a member even though I’ve been charged twice now and have used the car wash. Overall this hasn’t been easy or pleasant experience at all and I’m going to cancel my membership. Which according to them I don’t have so I might have to block the merchant with my credit card company.

We did the wash today and soap was still on both sides of our vehicle when we got to the dryer. Not the greatest wash imo

Speedy service with an attendant nearby to help great set up and cleans your car instead of sliding dirt around

The customer service in this place was AMAZING! The staff was very helpful with doing my oil change and answered every question I had. Then I got locked out my car and Thomas ( like the toy train ?) helped me for about 40 minutes to try and get me back into my car! I appreciate him so much for going the extra mile to help me out. I will definitely be going back! Good job guys!!

Best Location and Employees in Fayetteville area. Thomas who has been there for years has great customer service and is very professional. This carwash is a gem!
