If I could rate this 0 i would. long story short they sell counterfeit elf bar vapes. Obviously go to an actual vape shop so fyi don’t buy no type of vapes here, my friend brought one home and i asked for a taste and tasted it and looked at it immediately knew it was FAKE. my friend knows to not buy elf bars from gas stations now. Thank you

I would have to say that this is by far the best Shell station in the the attendance of probably some of the friendliest people you'll ever get to meet you definitely have a customer for life

These people will rob your debit card so fast its not even funny! I try to use any other station. If I wanted to score some dope however this would be my spot. In the evening the employees and the store smell like a pot dispensary so I guess you get what you get.

DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE INSULTED OR ABUSED!!!After going to this store out of pure convenience because we were waiting next door, I found a few things that looked like they had been on the shelf for 10 years and went to pay. The chip in my card is bad (I know I'm not the only one who has this issue), so after inserting, the machine told me to use mag stripe, which is what happens EVERYWHERE else and after swiping, the payment goes through. I didn't expect much from this cashier due to the fact that she didn't greet me and proceeded to serve me with a scowl on her face, so when she informed me "it don't work like that ", it wasn't too much of a shock. I began to take out cash and politely stated they should look into updating their system to avoid losing money to which she responded with a loud and sarcastic,"ok, have a nice day ". I then handed her $7 and went to count out 34 cents in change, which she was waiting for with her hand palm side up and open. After getting the correct amount, I placed my hand over hers, opened it, and let the change fall into her hand. She then proceeded to THROW THE CHANGE AT ME and tell me to never throw money at her again. I stated that I didn't throw it, I dropped it in her hand, had I thrown it, she would not have immediately been able to throw 34 cents back at me. At this point, the cashier got in my face and said "WHY DON'T YOU GO GET YOUR TEETH FIXED " [I have some broken teeth on the bottom that I am working with dental to fix]. After the abuse I had already endured, I told her to give me my money back, walking out and leaving the change she had thrown there. I have never been put down or assaulted by anyone who is supposed to be a customer service member. Please share, no one deserves to be treated like this for trying to get their daughter a drink and a snack.

I was coming back from a long road trip and had dead bugs all on my front bumper and grill, plus my window... I took my car to the drive through car wash in hopes of getting my car cleaned. And when I showed up! To my surprise there was a worker there, present with a scrub brush. And without any direction or extra payment. He said "sir you have a lot of bugs on the front of your car, please let me take care of that" he scrubbed Them off prior to me going into the wash. I ended up giving him his well deserved tip at the end. Good service is hard to come by but this young man sure gave me hope! Cheers mate!

If you want a quick rinse then go here! When I pay $20+ for a wash I do expect my vehicle to be clean and if you advertise that you get bugs...why are there bugs still on my windshield? Rims are nasty and tire wet looks like a snickers bar was applied to my tires! Not recommending this place to anyone, save your $ and take it somewhere else.

The attendant or owner was extremely rude. Don't know her name blonde hair, older lady, but has been rude to me and other customers in the past. Seems she isn't a people person. I don't even come inside I will pay at pump. I usually go to the self serve she'll down close to springlake,pumps work and cleaner. This one is outside my neighborhood. The problem, I came inside because it said see attendant card not read, this was after 2 debt bank cards inserted. At first thought it was boa, used PNC card as well, Both see attendant. Mind you the pump next to mine #4 I'm on #5 already has a paper on it stating card reader doesn't work. So I came in store, told attendant I need gas on pump #5, she acted annoyed like always. She was cleaning up,she stop sweeping to attend me. So I Sayed pump #5 card reader not working. "It's not the pump the pumps have been working all morning, it must be your card" rudely. Mind you I probably got this because of my skin tone. I replied no I tried to use to different cards with same results. Well she didn't like that, got more rude, told me to leave the store. I own a retail store myself and have had rude employees like this that run your customers off or avoid as I do. The problem is poor customer service, I was not argumentative just really informing the pump may not be working properly. But I also owned a truck repair business for 12 years and had employees that would not address broken equipment in a timely manner and in most cases would not allert use until needed, by then it's too late and often times delayed repairs. After I left that pump another customer pulled up and had to come in, go figure. I suggest not coming inside if pump doesn't work go elsewhere, especially in morning, go in afternoon. I also have spoken with a couple of my neighbors and they had similar run ins. Just plain rude for no reason people like got problems at home or can't let go if she had a problem with another customer. No reason for being rude because customer told you your pumps not working. But suspect it runs lot deeper, skin deep.

Quick! They said it would take forty minutes and it only took 30 and included a car wash. Polite and Professional. My daughter and son-in-law (airforce) live across the street and I'm very comfortable to recommend her to have her car serviced here.
