Outdated. Coffee was flavorless. Watered down. If I want creamer flavored water instead of coffee, I'll stay home. No tap to pay option. Handwritten notes everywhere. Lack of assortment. This location could have more business seeing as there are more homes being built in the area.

I AM HOMELESS AND WAS SICK AND CAME HERE TO CHANGE MY BLOODIED SHORTS AND USE THE RESTROOM AND I SAT DOWN TO TAKE A BREAK OUTSIDE ON THE SIDEWALK NOT IN FRONT OF THE SHELL STATION BUT THE EMPTY BUILDING ADJACENT TO IT.... AND AFTER LESS THAN 15 MINUTES ARREST AND ATTEMPT TO ORGANIZE MY STUFF SO THAT I COULD CARRY IT ALL WITH ME, since I am walking ALONE.... And it is everything I own.... I was run off and handed a very large trash bag to put all of my belongings QUICKLY!!! THE ASSOCIATE CLAIM THE OTHER ONE WOULD CALL THE COPS ON ME FOR BEING THERE YET OTHER CUSTOMERS HAD BEEN THERE AS SOCIALIZING A LOT LONGER THAN I HAD BECAUSE THEY WERE THERE BEFORE I CAME UP AND ARE STILL THERE NOW AND I THOUGHT THAT BY MY SITTING OUT THERE SORTING MY STUFF AND PACKING IT MUCH NEITHER SO THAT I COULD CARRY IT ALL WITH ME---WAS ATTRACTING QUITE THE ATTENTION AND CUSTOMERS THAT WE'RE COMING IN TO MAKE PURCHASES---AND SOME SPOKE TO ME AND WENT BACK IN TO MAKE A SECOND PURCHASE ACTUALLY!!!!... SO I'M NOT SURE HOW I WAS HARMING THEIR BUSINESS OR WHAT THEY WERE PLANNING TO DO WHEN THEY DID CALL THE COPS BUT I WASN'T DOING ANY HARM TO ANYONE ACTUALLY AND SO NOW I'M ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD NOT SURE WHERE TO GO!!!APPARENTLY DON'T STOP HERE GO TO THE GAS STATION RIGHT BESIDE IT WHERE I'M GOING TO ATTEMPT TO GO SIT RIGHT NOW WHEN YOU COME OUT OF THE PARKING LOT YOU GO TO THE LEFT.... HOPEFULLY THEY'RE A LOT NICER...ALSO I HAD LOST MY PHONE BECAUSE SOMEONE HAD PUT IT IN THE WRONG BAG AND IT WAS DEAD ALMOST SO I WAS TRYING TO FIND IT IN ORDER TO CHARGE IT WHILE I WAS SITTING THERE BUT OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T EVEN GET A CHANCE TO EVEN LOCATED SO THAT I CAN USE IT TO FIND A RIDE POSSIBLY SO I WOULDN'T SUGGEST STOPPING AT THE STORE GIVE your THE BUSINESS TO THE NEXT ONE!!

I go to this store quite often staff is friendly, they always have what I need, and the food hits the spot.I was in there the other morning and a lady was ranting and raving to the long haired gentleman behind the counter about not being able to return her cigarettes. Despite how rude she was the man behind the counter was so polite to her (he deserves the Nobel peace prize for that one).

The employees here are very nice and polite. I am always going here for gas or other items and don’t ever have an issue. Everything is usually stocked and clean, they all do a good job.

I come here for my oil changes and I have a membership for their car wash. I'm not saying you won't have to wait, but so far anytime I show up for my oil change there's only a small wait time, so after I show up I'll be out within 25 minutes. Also when you bring your car in before the date/or miles, you get $5 off. Also they have military discount! I pay monthly for unlimited use of car wash and vacuums. I believe $25/mo. Very worth it. If you have kids the car wash is very colorful and sudsy. At their vacuums they have glass cleaning spray and interior cleaning spray, with a bunch of microfiber cloths. Love this place.

I decided to go to get gas at the shell, and thought I would finally try the deli that they had inside, I dealt with a lovely lady named Kate, she was super nice, and had such great energy, and I loved having her help me with ordering the catfish. I would highly recommend going to the deli especially if Kate is working because she makes every customer feel welcome.

Everyone is always friendly and polite. People complaining about them not selling beer or cigarettes without an ID. Get over yourself. Last time I checked that is a state law and not up for discussion. Stop being stupid and bring ID in and valid ID. This is not rocket science and not the employees fault you are too stupid to comprehend.

Now here's a company concerned for my safely and wallet! I went in for an oil change and state inspection and found out my oil was new (I forgot) and was asked if I wanted new wiper blades. Turns out it was just a very dirty windshield causing the smearing and I am 2000 miles early for the $69 oil change! Thanks James and Kyle! James for his honesty and concerns and Kyle for his generosity. I take all three of my vehicles here for oil and state inspections.

Been coming here since it opened, oil changes and car washes often and now with new hires they refuse to change my oil due to having a blend. They have changed it before not sure why the sudden change. The kids in this place are the least bit knowledgeable.

Shell Auto Spa used to be a great place. Ever since the previous manager (Dennis) left, it has gone downhill fast. Wife took her car in on Monday morning for a car wash, waited 40 minutes and turned away because car wash system went down. I arrived Monday evening and there was a line wrapped around to the side of the building. Got up to the gate and car wash system went down. Heard them restart it and two cars went through. After those two, 4 workers were just standing around at the entrance. After 15 minutes, I asked what was going on, not one employee answered or even came up to explain what was going on. Cars at the end of the line started to turn around until no one was left at the paying station gate. Five of us were stuck inside the gate. After another 10 minutes, I asked to speak with a manager. All the workers scattered like mice. Finally someone came back and talked to the two vehicles closest to the entrance. They directed one vehicle out of the way and then pointed to the drive on the side of the building, no explanation, nothing! Stopped and asked how they were going to handle refunds, got no answer. Went around to speak to a manager, he had no clue of what was going on. Absolutely worst service I ever saw in this place. I have given 5 stars previously and high praise, recommend many people to go there. Now that Dennis is gone, if the service does not get better. I will stop using it.
