The staff is amazing. The service is amazing. The work is amazing. The accommodations are amazing. Communication is amazing. I have never loved an auto shop before. But I truly love these people and trust whatever they tell me my vehicle needs. I’ve been with them for a little over a year and I refuse to go anywhere else unless I absolutely have to.
Brandon’s my best friend by the way…he doesn’t know it though!!

Harrells on Buffalo Lakes Rd has a great team of professionals, with unmatched front desk service to the mechanics identifying and giving their honest expertise, and evaluations for car repairs. And lastly, a salute to Jason who is a true customer service front desk rep who builds excellent rapport with every customer, and concisely explains any vehicle's repair solutions with his personal expertise. Harrells exceeds all standards!

This is a great shop with very good, and knowledgeable mechanics. I’ve used both the Cameron and Sanford locations, and I have had nothing but positive experiences out of both. I would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends. They are up front, they are thorough, and they are honest.

Overall, the issues were fixed in a timely manner and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately we did have to take the car back after picking it up after hours because the sensors weren't properly reinstalled. This is an issue that the test driver would have seen with my check engine light being on but was ignored. (This is why I decided not to give a 5 star) You can tell others were not aware when I brought it back the very next morning and they were able to fix it within an hour. I don't hold one man's fault against the whole business, especially since they were quick to fix the issue. I will still be using them for any other repairs I may need in the future, I just don't think I'll use the after hours pickup option again.
Thanks for fixing the car and for addressing the issues right away. I appreciate it!

Everyone here is super great and highly professional. They have excellent customer service and will seemingly accommodate you in any way they can. I spoke primarily with Cody/Codi and he helped get me the tires I needed for my budget and they get tires they order usually the same day. Can't beat that. I highly recommend Harrell's Auto.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Got wat I needed done quickly. Came back a different day and they filled my tire with air just before they were about to go home.. thanks again! (Update) after a staffing change in the front office their service got better.

Always a Good experience at Harrell's

Cody is super friendly and he kept us informed about our vehicles progress
Mechanics who know what they are doing. They worked with our warranty company to get our vehicle repaired!
We no longer take our vehicle to the dealer for repairs. Harrell's gets the work done right. And in a shorter amount of time.

Fantastic experience working with Jason and the crew here. They were very helpful troubleshooting some issues and worked with me to find a solution. In the end, my suspension was fixed and they communicated the entire time. Very happy with the whole process, highly recommend.

These guys are awesome! Straight forward, honest, no BS auto repair center that won’t leave you scratching your head trying to figure out if they are trying to rip you off, because they’re not!!!
