Called Sean back and he said bring it to him. We got there right at closing time & he took his time talking to us about the problem and explained options. He even suggested going a route that took money out of his pocket to save us money - a refreshing experience! He was professional, saved us thousands of dollars (only paid $200), and even text a follow-up to check everything went well afterwards.
