Been trying to pick up my prescription for over a week. They are closed before I go to work during my lunch break and after work.

This has been my go to store since moving to Carolina Shores and the pharmacy is efficient and well run. However, an experience with a cashier and the follow up with store manager made me feel very disheartened. I was bringing my items up to the register and both myself and another gentleman were intercepted before reaching the register and STRONGLY encouraged to use the self service register. I was embarrassed to say no, and went along with it, but ended up having difficulty processing my payment.At this point the cashier had to help me.
It left a bad taste in my mouth because there was NO LINE and if I wanted to check myself out I would have headed in that direction to begin with. What’s worse, when I followed up on their survey and expressed my concern, the store manager, Joshua Paul, send me a condescending follow up email stating “ well you could have just said NO”
and disregarded that there was no line, saying she was just trying to save me time(???).
I will continue to use the pharmacy there, but will rethink buying other items at this store. It’s really too bad as I am a frequent shopper there…..

Kiara is one of the nicest, helpful, patient, considerate pharmacy personnel I have have had the pleasure to deal with. More could take lessons from this young lady. Thank you Kiara

Whether it's me, my husband or our neigbors...we always get an attitude from Laurie(Lori) at the pharmacy. She is very condescending, has a bad attitude, can be very combative over simple questions and shouldn't be dealing with customers!

Find the store itself to be very average in satisfactory. However I find the pharmacy staff to be rude and unaccommodating. Will not use the pharmacy ever again at this location.

Service is good, with exception of corporate policy of shutting down operations for 30 minutes from 1:30-2pm.I would understand if locations were only staffed by 2 or 3 individual, but with 6+ associates, staggering the lunch break for associates just wouldn’t be that hard :-(

Transferred my prescription to this CVS because I was passing through and needed a refill. The lady who transferred it over was wonderful, absolutely lovely, a true asset to CVS. However, the lady who ran the pickup counter this evening was VERY UNprofessional. Not ONCE but TWICE she said my prescription’s name out loud, not soft spoken or whisper, she straight up yelled what I was picking up. How can you be that senseless or careless working in a pharmacy? My personal life was literally thrown out into the open world and I felt so violated. Do NOT use this CVS if you care anything about your privacy. No matter what you take, do, or what gender you are, you deserve your privacy!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! BYE!!!

The problem is the pharmacy, cold indifference from the pharmacist, when asked questions about a specific medication I was admonished and told to call a doctor? Slow service, use anyone other than this specific cvs.

This CVS Pharmacy #7420, is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. First, the female pharmacy clerk started talking down to my wife with an attitude. I had to tell her to “loose the attitude, we’re the customers”Second, I hand delivered written information to this pharmacy for a prescription transfer from another state. I waited 48 hours and never received a call that my prescription was ready. I drove to this same pharmacy and entered the drive-thru lane. One car in front of me and apparently there was some delay that I waited over fifteen minutes in line. Frustrated, I drove out of line and left.Today I went into the pharmacy to see if my prescription was ready. Finally talked with a pharmacy clerk who stated there was no record of my prescription ever getting transferred to them. Rather than arguing with the clueless clerk, I left the store.Because of this pharmacy’s incompetence, I’ve been out of my medication for two days. My business was taken to Walgreens Pharmacy.This CVS Pharmacy #7420 is a disgrace and I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Stay away from this Pharmacy!!

I love this pharmacy. I drive from North Myrtle Beach because their staff is so friendly and accommodating. There has been some shortages this year for one of my prescriptions but this is not their fault. When calling they are always so helpful as well. I do not get the same service at the CVS in North Myrtle.
