Scott and Becky Perry have been the best real estate agents to work with and I am so grateful to have worked with them over the past year and a half. They have been extremely patient with me as we have searched all throughout Brunswick County for my very first home. They never once complained and have always been available to answer each and every question I've had. They have always been quick to respond and maintain communication. They have walked me through every step of the way and helped ease my anxiety in more ways than they will ever know. Sheryl French was a great help to us in finding the right property. The first day we met her, she was prepared and showed us several possible options. She was patient, informative, and very knowledgeable - giving great insight on the area, amenities, things to look for or avoid ... We were out of state and found a property on line, and Sheryl went that day, in person, to check out the property for us. Based on her assessment, we made a decision to take a fast trip to visit the property, and she helped us negotiate a great deal to purchase the property. She is professional, to the point, and gets results. We would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a sharp realtor to help you buy or sell a property.

Sheryl is great! From the time that we reached out to her to discuss and view potential properties in Ocean Isle Beach, she was responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly to work with. She showed us several properties that we were interested in, and she did due diligence on our questions. She represented us in successfully submitting an offer, and she was on top of the process to closing. Since we live out of town, she graciously offered to handle some items for us locally. We would highly recommend Sheryl!

Suzanne really knows coastal NC! She had great contacts for our immediate needs, inspections, appraisals, due diligence, legal, etc. She also know a lot of people who will help us care for our home going forward, maintenance, repairs etc. She was a great buyer’s advocate and helped us get to a price we are very happy with!

Run away, as far and fast as you can. This business is Seedy and Inept. Take a look at their Yelp reviews. I've just personally seen this agency lose three deals in a row on the very same property, all in a span of three months. Two full price cash offers (both mine), and a third for full price plus $5k, have all fallen apart. I've also personally been party to this agency admitteding that they screwed up internal paperwork that legally prevented a full price cash offer (my own) from being readily accepted. I believe that they screwed up on purpose to buy time to up-shop my full price cash offer. They've now lost two separate deals from two separate buyers on the very same property within sixty days because of non-fully disclosed, sophomoric, hand written rental "agreements" that are required to convey will the sale.
As this is written, a property seller still hasn't sold their property and two separate buyers are out thousands of dollars in money and lost time, with absolutely nothing to show for it. All due to one ridiculously disfunctional agent and one complicit agency.
If you see the name Anna Marie Kozel on any sign or document, RUN AWAY. She shouldn't be allowed to sell bubblegum, much less real estate. I know her to be untruthful. It's my personal belief that she knowingly operates outside the known ethical and professional standards of her industry. And any broker in charge who allows losers like her to operate in a culture so devoid of professionalism and transparency has no business managing those in the real estate industry. Anna Marie Kozel and Caldwell Banker, Seacoast Advantage are, in my opinion, a very real blight and scourge upon the real estate industry. I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with many true real estate professionals, and she/they certainly aren't among of them. To me, they're an absolute abomination.
You've now been informed.....If you want to waste your time and money, all while neither selling nor buying real estate - just call Anna Marie Kozel and Caldwell Banker, Seacoast Advantage.

I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a home to work with Brian and Jenette. We were out of state buyers which was stressful in itself. They made sure to give us information, share their knowledge on locations, and do video tours for us. Jenette is so detailed and honest in her showings! The seller did not make our first time buying a home a great or easy experience, but Brian and Jenette were there to support us and advocate for us every step along the way. Saying they went above and beyond for us is an understatement!

Edie and her team went above and beyond our expectations in marketing our property. Not only did she sell the property much faster than expected, she helped us throughout the sale and closing process to work through issues due to our not being based in the Calabash area.
