Truist Bank on-line bill pay continues to make errors on my bill pay by taking double payments or not putting in the right address, even after it was corrected, they did it again. Everything requires tremendous paperwork and a long wait to get your own money back. After having to file a claim that was in the bank's error, I had to wait over 10 days to get this lengthy packet in mail that was the bank's error. All they had to do was credit my account with the amount that was taken out twice. NOOOOOO, they wouldn't do that. Then, they take out a payment on another payee, that wasn't authorized. This is becoming nothing but a huge problem. If they don't stop causing me headaches, I'm leaving. They need to get their act together!!!!!

Tellers OK, other workers on office side.... "bankers" (so their door says) like to leave you standing there as they stare out their glass windows or walk past you. It would be nice if they pretended they care that you are waiting. Try this..."I will be right with you". No acknowledgement at all. Also, many issues with the online banking while transitioning from BB&T to Truist.

Calabash N.C branch review….Arrived at 9:25, bank has been open to the public for nearly 30 minutes. no customer at the teller window. 3 tellers counting nightly deposits. Wait 5 minutes on my feet, 5 minutes in a chair. Finally 1 said can I help you. I asked for $1200 withdraw. She fidgeted with the computer for 5 minutes and then walked away and disappeared in a back room. 5 more minutes, I sat down again. I finally got up and asked where the teller went, no one knew. Teller reappears, said she need a manager approval. Apparently no one at the teller stations could withdraw 1200 for a customer or at least this person did not ask for them to approve. 30 years of banking with suntrust, this was the absolute worst experience at a teller station. Drive through was 3 times faster (I counted the cars while waiting)

Went to buy some change for a yard sale, they told me I couldn't buy change from them unless I have a local business in town, I told them I live here and have a bank account with you. They told me sorry I can't gp

You charge a person $8 to cash a check from someone who works for one of your customers who wrote the check. You know we have to charge back to your customers for your fees, which only took 2 seconds to cash...... In turn your ripping your own customers off in the process..... What a junk bank.....!!!

Used bill pay. Set up a payment for the 19th and the 26th. Bank took out of my account on the 12 causing to go overdrawn Then took out in the 19 for the 26 causing to overdraw again. Charged me 8 overdraft fees one on a 5.32 charge. Bank Manager in Calabash said there was nothing he could do. No backbone and could explain for the early withdrawal.

The loan officer Robin Grissett was the sorriest person I ever had to deal with in this line of work. I had to research all of my loan options. I had to run all the numbers for her to get our loan approved. She was completely, (I hate to say this but), she was lazy and lacking in the knowledge department about so many loans out there available to homeowners. I hope to never have to deal with her again. I have not and never ever will recommend any homeowners or anyone looking for any loan to BB&T, as long as Robin Grissett is working in the loan department. Loosing loans is loosing money. And Robin Grissett is costing BB&T as long as she is working there.

I use BB&T for my business accounts. Deposit checks in Lynchburg, Madison Heights and Chatham all the time, no problems. These guys refuse to deposit checks due to a minor name discrpancy, and misplace one. Good thing I was paying attention. Drove to Chatham and deposited same checks. Thanks for wasting an hour of my life. Time to start looking for a new bank who cares more about their customers.

Tellers do a good job but if you need anything from opening an account to a loan expect to wait 2 hours or more at any of their locations. Bad Cusromer Service.
