“We relocated to Lenoir, NC from Cleveland, TN a little over one year ago. We had been members of a car wash in TN so we immediately joined Tidal Wave on arrival. Tidal Wave is head and shoulders above any car wash we have ever experienced. This is largely due to Adam Hicks, the manager of this facility. He is one of the best managers I have ever seen. He leads by example and is an excellent role model for his employees. He does not just sit in the office but is out there in the trenches every day. He works every bit as hard as they do and, as a result, has intense loyalty from every one of them. I am retired, but I told Adam if I ever had to return to the work force I would be blessed to have a manager of his caliber. I have worked in many locations throughout my career, and Adam is by far one of the best managers that I have ever seen. Adam is the sole reason that the Lenoir location of Tidal Wave enjoys the level of success that it does. He also is extremely diligent in keeping the mechanics of the wash in excellent condition. Everything always works well and the level and quality of each wash are consistent with one another. Tidal Wave is extremely lucky to have Adam as a manager at this facility.”

“Self service detailer/ car wash. But they have a really good deal of when you purchase the ultimate wash you get a free vacuum coin and believe me it lasts long enough to get the whole car vacuumed. They have had some issues where the machine doesnt give this coin but when I contacted them they explained it had a lot to do with the coin shortage going on. They are very nice people and had offered to get me a replacement coin.Services: Vacuuming”
“The left side was not operable but I didn't know until after I paid. I called the number on the payment kiosk and was given immediate assistance by a curious gentleman. He offered some free washes and put me through a wash. This kind of customer service is hard to find. customer service”
“Reasonable prices, good location, vacuum cleaner didn't work well. Auto car wash $7 for supreme and works pretty good. I would recommend if you need a car wash at a reasonable price.”
“I'll use the automatic car wash here if I'm in a real hurry and don't feel like getting out of the car, but to be completely honest, it's a bit pricey for the results you get, it'll knock the loose stuff off your car but if you want it really clean I suggest doing it by hand.”

“By far in the area this is the best car wash. I've used every single one around town and between the blowers and the wheel cleaner brush, that's something nobody else has and I enjoy using that wheel cleaner brush to get my wheels just right and sparkly! All settings work at least in the second bay from the road. Vacuum works, credit card swiper works. The blower is amazing for people with rain guards and a blast out the door handles. Get them free of that water drip. Just one thing would be nice once a day maybe to make sure that your bays are clean cuz there was some pretty good debris in my Bay. That's my only complaint. Still giving it five stars.”
