The staff is wonderful they always answer all your questions. If they don’t know, they will get assistance to answer your question. The lines are short and I’ve never waited over a 1 minute or less. This is the only SECU that I like to go to.

They are typically always friendly and great. Smiles and all. They have always gone the extra mile to help you. The interests rates and all is what makes this bank great and feels like home. This is my forever bank.
