Waited 30 minutes for a prescription that was already filled. They don't serve a specific pain medication so "certain customers" .. to say it in a nicer way, to come to their pharmacy. Terrible customer service along with judgemental employees/owner.

5 star when Jeff was there! "0" star with new owner. It was a great place for the 20 years I used the pharmacy before the new owner took over. He is the rudest individual and will turn what you say around to make you look bad. I knew alot of the employees started leaving the pharmacy before everything was switched to the new owner. Now I completely understand why. I now go out of my way to a different pharmacy due to the lack of respect the new owner has for his employees as well as the customers.

I have had my dr call in medications for me as I've moved close to this area. They told me they don't have the meds and basically are saving them for the "regulars". Terrible business! If my previous pharmacy doesn't have any problems.. why do you as far as having medication in stock. Maybe new owner or management?

Everyone is always friendly and very helpful and will help you out in any way they can. It seems to be a very close knit family atmosphere. I drive out of my way just to go to Quality Drugs and am glad to do so. There is always quick friendly service and unless theyt helping someone else in front of you or needing assistance they know who you are and your prescriptions are always sitting at the register before you even get there. Again, friendly family atmosphere. Very very satisfied and supporting local instead of the chain stores you see everywhere is a huge plus to me. Thanks Quality for being who you are and doing what you do for your community!!!!

Great folks I take a lot of meds I can always count on them to let me know if my otc meds will cause problems with my scripts . Very friendly and Helpful
