This is, by far, one of the cleanest storage units I've utilized in a long time. The management maintains this property very well. The indoor units are super clean. I had to wait on availability, but it was well worth it.

Staff members are very helpful and knowledgeable about their job and how to handle the issues if any arise. Willing to work with you on any questions or concerns that you have regarding your situation involving payments. The staff at AA Self Storage in Butner NC. (Ann and Janice) are very professional courteous and knowledgeable. I’ve rented there portable storage unit for a year or so they’ve always treated me like family and gave me the best deal in town. Their prices are reasonable and affordable. Very clean, safe and family oriented storage facility. I recommend them to friends family and to all. They treated me fair. ? thank you again, Janice!! if anyone needs storage space I highly recommend AA self storage in Butner North Carolina. You won’t regret it. Top-tier.#1

Very clean, very helpful and very considerate staff. I highly recommend this place. Temperature controlled storage, great location, great place. They even offer refreshments to customers.

The 3 1/2 years I have worked with AA Self Storage has been the best! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and super secure-not once have I had any reservations about the safety of my business equipment and personal belongings stored on the premises. They are THE best in the area!!!

I never expected to receive such EXCELLENT customer service from a storage facility. Ann behind the counter is extremely nice and knowledgeable. Also the entire facility is kept secured and looking professional.
