Some companies have people working for them which make the owners proud and go above and beyond to help others. Miss Janice at AA Self Storage in Butner NC is just such a person. As a travel on 85 who was running low on electricity for my vehicle, I called the storage facility five miles from me BEFORE WORKING HOURS hoping and praying someone would answer. Miss Janice most certainly didn’t have to answer or help me … I don’t even rent from them, but she went out of her way to help me and her willingness to help makes her an All-Star in my book … an great employee who REALLY CARES… Thanks AA Storage and Miss Janice !!! I’m a HUGE FAN !!

I have rented a storage unit from AA self storage for over three years and it has been a great experience. Ann and Janice helped close me out today and they were absolutely wonderful! They made it easy and smooth.

I ended up stranded in an electric vehicle, minutes away from breaking down and these good folks saved me. I’m not even a customer and Janice was kind enough to let me use their EV charger to get un-stranded! She even offered me a drink while I waited. I couldn’t accept, because her generosity was already too much, but I think it speaks greatly to the character of this establishment that its staff treats others so very kindly! If I was in the area I would definitely use them because that kind of character in a person is priceless.
She’s the facility manager so you know you’re dealing with someone good.

This is, by far, one of the cleanest storage units I've utilized in a long time. The management maintains this property very well. The indoor units are super clean. I had to wait on availability, but it was well worth it.

The staff at AA Self Storage in Butner NC. (Ann and Janice) are very professional courteous and knowledgeable. I’ve rented there portable storage unit for a year or so they’ve always treated me like family and gave me the best deal in town. Their prices are reasonable and affordable. Very clean, safe and family oriented storage facility. I recommend them to friends family and to all.
