The store over here in newdale is always stopped the people in there very courteous friendly I can get in there and get out with what I need no problems too bad the Spruce Pine stores aren't like that the one up near Hardee's in Spruce Pine is okay but the one on grassy Creek needs a manager that knows what he's doing!!! ?

We may not have our shelves fully stocked with product and we have not had the hours to stock product, but we are doing our best and try to go out of way to look for product people want and do the best we can to provide great customer service.

Out of all the Dollar Stores that I've been in (which is several in several different counties) this is by far the cleanest, most organized, and we'll stocked one I have ever seen. It's newly opened and instead of the items being in utter chaos on the shelves all throughout the store all the items here are where they are supposed to be! Makes for much easier and stress less shopping experience.

Customer service absolutely sucks at this dollar general. DO NOT GO IF YOU DON’T WANNA WAIT 45 minutes in line while the second cashier just stands and watches the line grow. Awful, never will shop here again.
