Wonderful service. I had to have my wedding rings cut off. No charge. Will be taking them back this week to resize and repair.
Other repairs and purchases always 100% satisfactory and the friendly atmosphere can’t be beat. The canine ‘associate’ is a fun plus.

I've bought several items from here over the years for my wife, as well as; one of their Bertucci A-4T watches for myself. I couldn't be happier with all the items that I've purchased from them, as well as; the friendly, courteous and helpful atmosphere that you encounter when you walk in the store. I took an anniversary band with garnet that fell out to be fixed. The estimate was just over $40, but when I went to pick the ring up I was charged $85.00. I was shocked! No phone call was made to me before the work started on the ring to say it would be more. Basically I had no choice but to pay the cost to get my ring back. I was told it was due to the cost of working with white gold, and that they will need to train their their employee to do a better job on estimates, and nothing more. I will not bring anything else there to be worked on. Tried to keep my business local but can't if treated like that. Sorry.
