Jenny is the only person I trust to do my brows. Been coming to her exclusively since they opened. I will skip and come looking crazy before going to someone else who ruins them. She takes her time and is very meticulous. She’s very pleasant and always welcoming and happy to see you. They have a frequent user program so take advantage because you get a free service after 10. Plenty of disabled spots in front of the business. The only problem are the people parked in the yellow lines running in and out of the smoke shop blocking you from getting out.

My eyebrows are completely botched, she proceeded to tell me that my eyebrow were already thin. But if they were why would you then one completely thinner than the other one?

The older Chinese lady totally butchered my eyebrows. One was higher than the other then she barely cleaned them up or shaped them. Then when I tried to address it she proceeds to say they were like that when I got here excuse me ma’am no they were not. I should’ve let the original lady I think her name is Karen do them. Highly disappointed.

I literally cannot go anywhere else even after moving further away! Jenn is phenomenal and I have never been unhappy in the slightest. She is quick which helps with the pain.12/10 recommend!!!

This was the first time I ever went to this threading salon. I typically go to Chandi’s in Durham, and have been for 10 years, but I thought I would try somewhere closer to home. This was unfortunately a mistake. I told the lady I did not want my eyebrows to be made thin, as the tail ends are already too thin in my opinion. The front half of my brows were thicker and I have been trying to grow my tail ends in a bit to match. When I go to get threaded I typically only get the stray hairs growing in funny places threaded…a cleanup one might say. The lady at the shop nodded her understanding and proceeded to thread my eyebrow. When she handed me the mirror to inspect my first brow I almost cried. She took off almost half of the hair from the front half of my eyebrow! I expressed my displeasure and told her I specifically asked that they not be made thin, to which she replied that my eyebrows had no shape before and she simply gave them shape and threaded the front half of my eyebrows down so that they, in her opinion, blended with the tail end of my brows. She proceeded to do the second brow as the only thing worse than skinny brows is brows that are completely uneven. I now have the skinniest eyebrows I have ever had. Like pencils. She didn’t apologize, just kept insisting that they looked good and implying that they were what I asked for. I proceeded to spend thirty minutes crying in my car in the parking lot. If I wanted to look like an early 2000s teen celebrity I would have asked. Needless to say, I will not be returning. If you prefer thick brows, this place is not for you. Chandi’s in Durham, you will forever have my business.

Absolutely loved having my brows done here! My daughter decided she wanted to get her brows done for the first time and when she saw her brows afterwards , she couldnt stop looking in the mirror and was stunned with how good she looked! The lady there is very detailed and thorough with her work and is passionate for every client she does!

Finding a threading place that is reasonable and professional has been a challenge since I have moved to the area. I saw Yes! while I was shopping in that plaza and thought I'd give it a try. I started traveling out of my way to go here because it fIt my needs. However, today I was disappointed and will search for another establishment. As I entered the shop today, a customer was going in the door before me. We both sat down as jenny had someone in the chair. There was also a man standing at the counter, who turned out to be a salesman or something of the kind. (He wasn't getting service). After Jenny finished with the customer in the seat the lady that came in the door with me got her eyebrows done. Jenny took her time with her asking about her family and job etc. When she finished with the customer, I took the seat and Jenny told me she'd be with me shortly. Meanwhile, over 15 mins later, I'm still seating in the chair she started talking with another lady who came in and was not a customer. She apologized for keeping me waiting. Another customer walked in while she stated working on my brows and sat down. Several minutes later, the customer stated she would have to come back because she had to pick up her child. Jenny told her no don't go she was finished with me and grabbed the mirror for me to look. My brows were not finished and I pointed that out to Jenny, she ran the thread over my left eye a couple and said "Is that good?"By this time I was frustrated and just got up and went to the cash register. She kept rushing me and I told her so. I always tipped her well. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years. Today I was the customer and did not feel valued. Needless t say I will spend my time and money elsewhere. I gave a one star otherwise it would not post. -0

I go here regularly but the only thing I don't like is how they expect foe you to tip...It's my choice whether I tip anyone if I have the money or if I liked your service.
