I don't even know where to begin with the level of unprofessionalism I just experienced. When I called the pharmacy, I started out my call by saying I had a few questions about 2 different prescriptions I had there. I started asking about the first one. The girl I was speaking with in the pharmacy was rude and clipped. When she answered that questions before I could get a word out, she literally just hung up the phone. I called back and got the same girl. Not wanting to deal with her again, I just asked if there was someone else I could speak with, she puts me on hold and no one bothered to answer the phone after 10 minutes. I gave up and immediately called another Walgreens a mile down the road and had my prescriptions transferred. That pharmacy associate was helpful and professional- night and day from what I had just experienced.

I needed a passport photo so I went to this Walgreens. When I asked for one, they said the kiosks were in use and were dodgy when I asked how long it would take. They took my picture anyway and told me the photos would be ready in 45 mins-1 hour then had me write my name and number on a SCRAP PIECE OF PAPER. I waited for 4 hours so I finally decided to call and see if they were ready. After being on hold for about 10 minutes, which I would've been ok with if they'd actually asked if they could put me on hold, they informed me that they would start printing it when I got there. So no, my pictures were not ready. Very unprofessional, so if you need a passport photo, go to cvs or camera corner where they actually know how to get you one in a timely manner.

I read the 1 star reviews & have to feel in the last month their are new folks in the Pharmacy as I could not have been treated better with all the issues I was having with just going on Medicare & having to use part D. Both the young man at the register trying to get my scripts approved, to the pharmacist who offered to help me, they not only explained what was wrong, but the pharmacist also gave me a printout showing why my scripts were getting denied by Medicare. They could not have been more helpful, kind, and they were very respectful to me. With the information I was given, I was able to get Medicare to correct their mistake, of which Medicare was not polite, insisting they made no error, yet in the end, they corrected their error. After getting my medications, I felt bad for the nice pharmacist who had helped me, as he & those that you talk to at the counter have to deal with Medicare all the time.

The older cashier who has white hair and is short was kinda rude to me. Pushed my coins back at me when i tried to make a cash deposit. This made me very uncomfortable but i kept composure and said thank you any way in order to not cause a scene. Wish i didnt come here ??♂️

Went in to get some shaving supplies and the cartridges were locked up (like most things nowadays) so I had to ask the associate at the register. She said the manager would have to open it, I told her ok thanks fine can you call one since the button isn't working. She told me the manager was down the aisle and I looked at the mirror confused since it was a lady in a unmarked jacket on the phone. I went down there and looked at her outfit.. nothing looked like an employee uniform.. then the badge swung out from under her jacket. I asked her if she could unlock the razers.. she didn't say a word.. just continuing on her conversation with the person on the phone. How sad is it the managers are not professional.. can't even speak to the customers and staying on the phone while on the floor. After getting her to the aisle she tried several keys before she had to go somewhere else to get more keys to unlock. Finally made it back upfront.. rang up my 3 items, paid and left.. not even caring that my $6 coupon didn't work.

Pharmacy Manager Michael C. and his crew are TOP NOTCH!! I am very pleased every time I visit this pharmacy. They are prompt, helpful, and courteous!! Thanks for all you all do!!!!

You have lost a customer today! All I wanted was to get a photo printed and not have Spice be rude to me because I was asking questions. And she didn't even know what she was doing and had to ask someone else. Well no more!

Very rude pharmacy. The rewards you earn by purchasing a certain amount are taken away when you return something, also you can't choose to use them, they choose. so basically, you are getting taken with the reward they offer, not an offer because you pay for them,buy enough to apply them so really to me it's not a reward if you are earning them with purchasing things but when you return an item that needs returned, your rewards ( money you paid) they take back... it's a bad reward program. Finished with wallgreens. I'm continuing to support family businesses in every way possible.

My prescription is suppose to be delivered . But I keep getting emails stating my prescription is ready for pickup. I call to try to get this corrected. But instead pharmacist gives me the run around then disconnect the phone call bad business. Will have to switch pharmacy. Walmart
