DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! It is a horrible establishment that purposely neglects the animals they're selling (i.e. hamsters, ferrets, rabbits, and guinea pigs). These poor animals are kept in tiny cages huddled in the middle of the store when the entirety of the store is HUGE! They could easily get bigger cages for them and spread them out, but it seems they care more about their inventory than the well-being of the animals they're selling. They're not given anything to play with, chew on, or to stimulate themselves. The animals aren't getting properly socialized with humans, and it seems these animals are used for decoration because of the way they are so obviously disregarded by the staff. Additionally, the staff/associates there were not friendly or welcoming whatsoever. When I entered the store, I was not greeted by the several staff standing behind the counter. As I walked throughout the store, I was not offered any assistance by the staff. If I had needed any sort of assistance, I probably would've had to go chasing down one of their associates since they were all huddled in the corner of the business giggling and laughing. Judging by the number of 1 star reviews this establishment has regarding the behavior of the staff in the past and my experience today, management doesn't seem to care enough to fix the clear problems they have with their incompetent staff, nor do they care enough to train them properly. Overall, I will NOT be supporting a business that doesn't care about the well-being of their animals, nor their customers.

They are always so rude over the phone. Anytime I call I ask a question. They do answer it but when I say "that's all I needed, thank you" they just hang up the phone.

Best service and awesome associates! I'm pet sitting a tarantula & he had been burrowed under the mulch in his cage and they helped me check on him and get me more crickets once we realized he was fine. Thanks Sooo much for sharing your skill and knowledge:)

How does this place stay in business? I walked in and told the girl up front that I was looking for fish so she just points to the back of the store. BTW, this employee was doing nothing at the time. So at the fish was an employee on the phone so we waited a couple of minutes which turned into 10 minutes, he never even acknowledged us and even walked away when we got close to him. I left went to Pet Smart where the customer service was top notch. I will never be back.

This is a Scam to get money from people that care about their pets. They are there to sell products not take care of any pets needs. Just don't bother with them they aren't even Vets.
