I agree with the fella that said this isn’t a real UPS store. I had a prepaid and printed UPS label for my package and they wouldn’t take it. This isn’t a real UPS Store.

I went to take my earbuds back & they were closed. A young employee was vacuuming & all they could do was stare at me shake their head, No like I was an idiot for trying to get in. Very rude! He could of at least pointed to the store hours in small print on the window instead of staring at me shaking his head.

Friday before Christmas I expected a line and a wait. There was a line, but it was blown through because they had a full staff who were operating efficiently and friendly. The girl that helped me, before I had even walked up to the register, recognized I was returning an internet provider modem (we all know the one lol) and knew exactly how to handle it. In and out in maybe 5 minutes. Great service. Thanks!

Be aware - this is not an actual UPS location, this is a franchise location with special shipping restrictions and rules. In my case, they will refuse to ship anything remotely related to gun accessories — a direct quote from the manager on site ‘we can’t even ship a scope’. if you need to ship via UPS, support our citizens rights and find a different site!

Made it EASY to return my Amazon package. Very refreshing to walk in and walk out of the store. No mistakes, misinformation, or shenanigans. She even knew what to do when the scanner didn't get my barcode first try. The whole return process took less than 5 minutes to start and less than 5 minutes to finish. Bravo!

This UPS store will easily charge you for a label print, and packing materials when the Amazon QR return code clearly states its a 'No Box, No Label required'. Too slick here. Pay attention to them or they'll find a way to charge you. for shipping

I've been there several times in the last couple months and usually the service is good. But every once in awhile I'll get someone who isn't that nice. They're not rude necessarily but not nice either if that makes sense
