RJ has helped me so much to get on track to reach my goals though personal training! In the first 5 weeks of training with him I have lost weight and body fat. I have also increased my strength, endurance, and stamina. RJ is knowledgeable and he works hard to develop individualized training plans for clients based on personal goals. The programs are not one size fits all. He is always positive, motivating, and encouraging. He is patient with beginner(like me!), we focus on movements that are controlled and correct to keep me safe. I have a weak shoulder, he helps me to isolate the muscles there and keeps that in mind when developing workouts for me. Also, as a woman working one on one with a man, I always feel safe and respected by him during my training seasons. I have enjoyed my time training with RJ, I would recommend him to anyone whether you are a beginner or long time athlete.

RJ is a great guy to work with who is going to teach you a lot and get you understanding what it takes to get to where you want to be based on your own personal goals. Great gym area too has anything you could want.

I injured myself 2 years ago and have had a hard time getting back on the horse. Met with RJ one evening and we discussed my injury. It's been a month I don't feel weakness in my hip. I am already stronger, have more energy, and am completely back on it. RJ works with your schedule, keeps you motivated, makes sure you breathe, pushes you, and listens. I've worked out in many gyms, crossfit, bootcamps, but never one on one with a trainer. This experience so far has been great and I look forward to what is to come.Thanks for the DOMS.

RJ is an absolutely amazing trainer! He is very motivated and keeps everyone motivated as well. He always makes sure to adjust workouts to meet everyone’s needs while also giving nutritional and overall body health information. My body and eating habits have improved so much since I started Underground Muscle. Best trainer ever!

RJ is extremely knowledgeable and spends a good amount of time explaining movements and why/how they should be done. The gym is clean and is stocked with fantastic equipment. I highly recommended Underground Muscle!

RJ is a fantastic trainer! He is extremely knowledgeable and used that to personalize your workout to your body type. I have been going to sessions for a few weeks now and am already seeing great results. He not only helps you achieve your goals physically he also helps you get there yourself mentally through his encouragement and positive attitude. I would highly recommend him if you are serious about getting into better shape.

Wow... Where do I begin? RJ is absolutely spectacular. Having him as a trainer has not only changed my body physically, but my mindset as a whole. RJ is the first personal trainer I've had the pleasure of working with and without a doubt he has far exceeded what I was looking for in a personal trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the entire spectrum of the personal training world, from nutrition to each individual exercise that we will be performing that day. I had meniscus surgery in early May and came to RJ upon completing physical therapy to work on getting my strength better than it was before. Immediately he began working on a strengthening program with a recommended diet to help me gain the most lean muscle in 12 weeks as I could. What I enjoy most about the way RJ looks at training is that he is very goal orientated. I came in with a vague goal of wanting to get stronger during his 12 week program and with the knowledge and experience that he brought to the table, he was able to help me expand upon my goals and make them a reality. I'm sure that with RJ's help, I, along with anyone who wants to make that first step towards becoming healthier can achieve their goals.
