I called to tell him I had it told me it would be a cost I told him I had no car I did not drive that it was going to rain and I didn't want it to ruin I had no way to get to the store to get a tarp to cover it then she hung up on me

Been here various amounts of times.first time the men's t-shrits only had about 10 things on the entire 20 foot rack (found nothing in the entire store)Second time found 1 t-shirt (nothing else)third time found 1 sweatshirt of nice quality (nothing else)I have no idea why I keep coming back, but soon I'll never go again. The other goodwill 8 mins away does everything better more clothes friendly staff, better location and environment. I wish this goodwill could once pay off for the visit but that has yet to happen or probably will ever happen. The people working the register greet you walk in but other than that I don't see anyone else. No one's ever bringing out new racks or putting anything new on the floor very disappointing

This store's inability to actually WORK has a lot to be desired.I was kept on HOLD for 34 minutes asking about if they had a walker.I hung up and called back, only to be hung up on.Attempting to get through to the store was tried for about 5 minutes, when someone finally did pick up.Please don't ever ask me to round up to support the folks you have physically standing in the store, because they truly DO NOT WANT TO WORK.

It's sucked. Employees stayed the back wouldn't come out to help. No prices on anything.

They have raised their prices too high when everything is donated for free, brand name clothes and shoes are very expensive and they also ask you to donate your last pennies and if you don't donate your pennies the cashiers get angry

WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE IN MY LIFE.. FIRST AND LAST TIME THERE. FYI IF you work in Management or even the corporate office definitely run the camera back to about 7:54 on tonight until I leave. I was the last customer in the store at Goodwill Maple Ave Burlington NC 27215. I am pretty sure whoever in the company sees this video will agree with me that no one with this type of attitude and hostility should be working for a company that does so much good within the community over questions about being charged incorrectly which I was But with everything that happened And my blood was bowling I still managed to hold my composure walk out of the store and get in my car and leave without anything being resolved and it probably won't never be resolved which is okay. I just wanted to be known that you do have employees like this working for you and it's very unacceptable how their behaviors are to customer. I am going to try to contact someone higher but I also wanted to leave a review and let the committee know my experience at this goodwill with the two employees tonight. Don't want to put their names out there but if someone from goodwill wants to contact me I would be glad to give you both other names.

Please include the new hours of the store. All goodwills in the area open after 10am, new opening hour is 11am

Nice selection of clothing, clean for the most part, and good staff which keeps the aisles stocked and clean. Give it a try and see what you find

Got 2 suit/jacket/blazers, 2 pairs dress slacks, 1 pair of corduroy, 1 pair of khaki, 3 pair of blue jeans, and 3 dress shirts for $65. Some of the items were new with tags on them. Can't beat that deal folks.
