Pretty bad customer service and rude guy at front desk. Work was completed in 2 hours but they stalled another hour so they could charge me for 3 hours of labor. Couldnt even air my new tires up to proper psi. They were 10psi low. Unreal. I absolutely do not recommend doing business with them.

I have always come to Tire center of Burlington for MANY years now. Relocating from another state this was the first place I visited. It’s just as it was then!! It’s clean, great service, great prices, great service, great customer service, again great service and great customer service!!! I actually got AMAZING prices, even after many years, they still offer the best prices!!! Believe me, you will not go wrong coming here!!! I am very satisfied!!

By far the best service I've received from any shop I've worked with, very straight forward every step of the way and honest. Every member of the staff provided me with the same level of hospitality and got my work done quicker than expected. Set an appointment for my axle to get replaced and they called for me to pick up within an hour of dropping it off. Highly highly recommend coming here for any type of work you need done!

Can always beat any price I bring to them, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have friends drive over an hour to get work done here because of the quality of work and price! Ask for Jimmy Lewis whenever you go!

They been having my car for 4 weeks going on 5 weeks!!! I was told that it just gonna take 3 days to fix the AC but the inspection and the tires rotate is done. I've call every day to ask about it and yes I did write a email to you. I never had anything problems with you up to now and I don't know why. I'm coming there Monday afternoon

This place has just about lost my business.
From the rude front desk employees to the shotty services and scheduling to appointments, this place blows.
They can change your oil in ten mins but anything else requires a week or more advance appointment for whatever reason and this information isn’t relayed across the board apparently because you’ll get a different answer every time you go.
Complete waste of time.
