I showed up at 6:15 to buy my wife a gift card for Christmas. This was the only night I had to do it. Online hour show 7 PM as the close time they were closed at 6:15 PM. Very unprofessional I’m disappointed.

Sales people have been helpful and pleasant. Store is kept clean. Racks and stacks are kept organized and neat.

Talbots is one of my favorite stores. Unfortunately, I visited the store in Alamance Crossings last week, and my experience was not good. There were three sales ladies and one cashier. The cashier treated me as if I was inconveniencing her. I got home and realized that she had made an error. She doubled the tops I wanted.I went back two days later, the same cashier was there, and once again made me feel like I was bothering her. My purchase was over $400.00, but even if it was $40.00, I should have been treated with more respect.

Best customer service from any retail location i ever shopped at hands down. The elderly lady that helped me i can't remember her name unfortunately was super helpful in finding extra small sizes for my grandmother so she could have a great Christmas gift.
