I want the management and Corp Office know that Ean of E Webb Ave Burlington, NC location deserves to acknowledged about the wonderful and outstanding customer service she provided me with tonight on 03/29/24!! She has a wonderful and thoughtful soul and provided me with more than outstanding customer service!! I have never had such a heartfelt experience coming from a cashier and she definitely deserves to be recognized for her services!!

The gal who manages or works(answers phone, gathers orders, etc) at night is wonderful. I just gave her place another great review Because of her. Keep up your great work, honey! She is so nice and considerate of elderly women - means a lot when you have no car to find someone so dependable and kind.

Every time I order through Doordash there is always a problem completing my order. It's either they are out of stock all the time or they leave stuff out of my order, or they cut off the online orders. So sick of it. Don't use the platform if you can't process orders without issues.

Was just at this location and am entirely baffled by what I witnessed.Front door was locked during business hours with a handwritten sign stating the location was closed for personal reasons. Upon asking about the closure a very unintelligible employee told me he closed the location due to another employee being sick, and that he would not open again until another employee arrived.He then proceeded to walk around the corner of the building to get high, and only returned once his girlfriend was at the front door causing a scene.At this point he opened the store for the people waiting outside as him and his girlfriend argued, leaving an off duty employee to run the register (who was inside the whole time) so he and his girlfriend could take their scene outdoors.The kicker was the employee telling me that "The boss lady knows"So not only does this location have a drug user running the store and bringing their domestic situations there while they close the location to get high, but apparently the management is complicit in allowing it to continue.
