Don’t go here. Save your money. Such a Waste of time and breath. Worker couldn’t sell me shoes because they put them in the wrong box and I was willing to pay for them whatever price that they were. But she couldn’t figure that out either 30 minutes later , 10 people behind me. Don’t go here

Went in to pick up an online order didn’t even have one pair of shoes in stock at all had the other pair in stock but not with the same serial number or some bullcrap. Then wouldn’t let me just swap out shoes for different shoes of the same price. Wasn’t friendly absolutely no help at all from the women that worked there no apology for there store mess up because if it was logged correctly we would have not even been able to order from the store. Told me it was canceled and they didn’t know how long it would be for the money to be refunded nothing absolutely unfriendly and rude. Guess what you chose that job to work in you don’t like it pick another one that simple! Horrible horrible customer service! Oh and didn’t even have a manager to speak to. Crazy.

So I came in today as soon as a walked in it felt very hostile modo y greeted me when I tried to ask for some help the ladies literally looked the other way as if I didn’t exist im not sure if it is because I’m Hispanic but they sure were friendly to the other people that were in the store

I went in today 4/22/24 as in had seen they had some sales as soon a I walked in a caucasian lady Stared me down, but did not greet me as matter of fact no one did I proceeded to To look around, I couldn’t help to notice that as soon as I Caucasian couple came in they were greeted immediately and they were being helped. No one ever asked me if I needed help not sure if it is like this with everyone but I was the onto look around, I couldn’t help to notice that as soon as I Caucasian couple came in they were greeted immediately and they were being helped. No one ever asked me if I needed any assistance not sure if they are like this with all the customers( I am Hispanic) but that made me not want to purchase from them or ever come back no one wants to shop somewhere they don’t feel acknowledged or appreciated.

Only one employee can run a register the other 4 was not allowed. Then they lost an elderly receipt another customer took it. Then a worker in a rainbow sweater could not keep the sweater on shoulders ,couldn't smile just frown. Not sure what was going on in the store .

I went there a few weeks ago to get shoes for my son and me. The woman who wrung up the sale got snippy when I didn’t want to give her my phone number. Then when I went back with my husband to get him shoes, we got the same woman. Again with the snotty attitude when I didn’t want to share my phone number. Then I believe she used our purchase to give credit to a person who paid before us. I have no proof, but I will never return to shop here again.
