From booking the appointment, the advance communication, the greeting when I arrived, the speed of the repair, the quality of workmanship…WOW! The best!
Cecil, the technician, knows his stuff and you can tell he enjoys his work. Great guy.
The manager was at the front desk and was kind, attentive, and answered my many questions with patience.
This is the kind of service and repair work you dream about. I kept thinking there was something wrong because the entire experience was so positive.
Highly, highly recommend this place. A gem in the middle of Burlington!

They fixed the crack in our windshield but my wife booked with an online discount and they somehow rebooked our appointment without the discount causing us to pay full price. Kinda shady.

From the first call with this location, Tammy was spot on and had the BEST customer service!!! When I got to the location she was just as personable, professional, but warm and caring as well. We joked around and she felt like an old friend. Just based off of my interaction with Tammy at the front desk I would go back to Safelite!!!
Then I met the technician that would work on my windshield, Garrett was professional and personable as well! He answered my questions and got my car done quickly.
When I checked out they both were there to help walk me through the next steps and again shared some laughs and wished me well!!!
I am glad I had this experience and it is not too often you get awesome customer service the whole way through. Tammy and Garrett need a raise or at least some gift cards!!!!!

I look my Subaru to get a windshield replaced/recalibrated at the Burlington Safelight after being cancelled and rescheduled at the Durham office 2x. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming. I waited about 90 minutes for the replacement and calibration. Jason was my tech and did a great job.

They do not back up there warranty..my windshield cracked after a few months nothing hit it...
Just cracked on the inside which is clearly a bad windshield..they said I had to hit it on the inside..no this is the driver side right in front of the steering wheel. Stay away from them, I used WGN

Had front windshield done! Excellent job! Tech was very helpful friendly and very informative! I used Safelite in California in 2009 and was very satisfied then. Will use you guys again if I need another window replaced.

I dropped off my vehicle to have my windshield replaced this morning. I went to pick up my Vehicle after I was called saying my Vehicle was ready. I was almost home and I noticed glass fragments were on my dashboard. I called safelite to let the know I have glass fragments on my dash board I was told to bring it back. I returned and the lady at the desk was very rule to me. She tells one of the guys from the back. He comes out and said give me your key. About five minutes later he comes into the lobby. He said I wiped down your dashboard. He wipes down my dashboard with something dusty. This is a 2022 Lincoln Corsair. My dashboard is dusty and have several scratches. I will never come back to satellite. I will be contacting my Insurance company. I am not happy with Safelite Autoglass 1424 N. Church Street Burlington, NCUnhappy CustomerUnhappy Customer

Very disappointed with this business! I had a crack in my windshield so I contacted Safelite because of all the commercials made them look so great. Wrong! 1st time I spoke with a woman who obviously didn't want to be at work that day. She was very rude and not helpful at all. She told me that I have to call my insurance company back and tell them that it had to be a full replacement not a repair because of where it was and she didn't care what I did. WOW! So I did and then called them back to schedule a full replacement appt. Got a guy this time who was at least nicer, but then he said that they couldn't schedule a time to come to my car and replace it that I would have to drop off my car and pick it up later. I explained how I couldn't do that because of work and that being my only car. Then he said the only thing he could see is drop off, so I cancelled with them. I thought they were supposed to work with you! NOT!
