Everyone is nice. Some of the people know me, they always greet me with a smile. If you smile they will smile back. I believe if you have a smile on you face & a song in your heart the world will be a better place.

Dont use this place. Place orders you didnt ask for. Rude people in drive in. Cant get needed medications and gives attitude when you ask when you will get it.I switched to total care. They actually care about their customers.

Theresa was fantastic! She was dealing with a regular Karen when I arrived. Teresa displayed exceptional service skills. She was exceedingly kind to this woman and took the time to very thoroughly explained that the deal she was asking for was online only in the app. And showed her where I said that. The woman said she was going to call and complain about Teresa so I just wanted to make sure she got the recognition she deserved. Thanks for being awesome Teresa!

Honestly sick of Ms. Tabitha’s attitude and “well it wasn’t me” mentality. I’ve been coming here since it was rite aid specifically bc it wasn’t a cvs or Walgreens. Mishandles medications, refuses to inform on shortages or inventory. Just all-around genuinely terrible experience nowadays.

This pharmacy took 3 weeks and numerous calls to get insulin for my type 1 diabetic husband's insulin. Then we went for our flu shots and RSV and completed the paperwork only to be told they were out of RSV vaccine but to drop back in one day this week. Did that and was told had to make another appointment. This place is a CF. Actions by pharmacist indicated he could have cared less. Would not have my dog get drugs from this place.

Horrible. My child was sick and they said they would text when prescription was ready. No text. So my child had to go another 12 hours without antibiotics.

Website says closes at 7:00pm I get there at 5:56pm sign on window says no pharmacist no drop off or pick up I look to check what time they close it says 6:00pm I decide to go inside I get to the pharmacy at 5:59pm no one is in site I go to the front to ask the cashier what time does the pharmacy close he says 6:00 it’s at this point 6:00 so I tell him what I did with the drive through and that I came inside before 6:00 and he says oh…yeah it’s closed. I say so you actually close before 6:00 since at 5:56 the sign was already up. He just said sorry. Come on Walgreens get it together!

This Walgreens on St. Mark’s Church Rd. is terrible! They don’t answer their calls and the wait is always so long, when they even help you at all. I just tried to talk to the pharmacist, waiting 30 minutes with no answer and it just disconnected me. I tried again with no luck. Then I called the Walgreens on Shadowbrook and they answered right away! No wait! The last time I was in the drive-thru at the St. Mark’s Church Rd. Walgreens, the lady was rude. I switched to the Walgreens on Shadowbrook, and they are soooooo much better!

Church St…..picked up a script. We ? the cost and requested using GoodRx. The tech said it wouldn’t lower the cost. She was not helpful, she never smiled, she never offered to explain, she was just rude The whole conversation with her was very unprofessional I went backup & talked with the pharmacist and he did explain the Goodrx I thanked Him for the explanation. As I was leaving I mentioned her attitude & her rudenessHis comment as I walked away was…..” oh sorry”. I will not use that pharmacy again!We then went to photo counter…..The clerk was exceptionally helpful. Customer service was A+

I have no idea of how they are still in business to be truthful. I am never the kind of person to complain on bad service because i get it! People and businesses have bad days. Although, the terrible customer service at the pharmacy is horrific every single time i go there! Which thank God is only once a month! Because i honestly have to wait either 2 hours or come back the next day for my meds even after i get a text message from them to come pick up my 3-4 prescriptions that are ready for pick ("supposedly")!! That's very unprofessional and time consuming that most people don't have to waste!! PLEASE? Hire the staff you need to keep up with demand!!

Ms Chris is great. Tiffany, great. The walgreens system is bs. The app never works, other pharmacists bill things late somehow causing me to go without medication for a day or 2. Now they had a system outage. So medication i been waiting on since Wednesday is gonna be filled who knows when. Always a problem here. Screw walgreens im transferring my prescription elsewhere. Unfortunately the few people that work here that are great are stuck here i guess. Its not the staff its the system. To be clear.
