I have been living in one of their properties for 4 years now without any hassles. Susan is always nice and on point with any need I have requested. Outside of the issues with the neighborhood, my experience with Andy Albright has been well.

Susan - the office manager is the sweetest person you will meet. I have rented from Andy Albright and they are awesome people. I will not leave within this company . They treat you as if you are a HUMAN. (Very Caring, Compassionate and understanding) I LOVE ANDY ALBRIGHT and the home I rent. They take care of their properties!! They also come to fix whatever as soon as possible. VERY VERY RESPONSIVE.SUSAN IS VERY WELL APPRECIATED I LOVE HER

Time Properties is the best yet i have rented from in north carolina... they fix things ON TIME i totally recommend them as your landlord but FYI take care of your landlords property and your landlord will take care of you

No jacuzzi, tanning can only be used when property manager is present (which is during work hours and only a few times a week), HBO is a free preview you actually don't' get HBO, dishonest landlord, slumlord, petty/poor management, fails to make repairs in a timely and proper manner (not maintenance employees fault), do not exterminate, ant and mice problems, safety cameras are not for your safety they are used to watch you, hard water issue
