It’s one thing for a company to have a smooth intake process, but for the customer service experience to match is typically unheard of. I was able to drop my car off and have a wonderful encounter with Kelly and Jennifer. I appreciate their expertise and their humor while helping me through a trying time if you have doubts, look no further please try this collision company because they helped me. Lost my glasses that were in my car. Made my payments and car was delivered but the front office clerk lady keeps asking for the same balance I already paid. She dosen't check with her boss. What the hell is going on here????????

I had to get my side mirror replaced because a metal piece flew off a firetruck on the highway. This has been the easiest body shop to work with through insurance.
They also take clients outside of insurance.
And they cleaned my car! I was surprised to see that. I will recommend them to anyone that will listen

??WONDERFUL ?? WONDERFUL people ??. I was so thankful to have this team assist me in my recent accident. Everyone from the team from reception Miss Cindy, and Miss Joanne were so kind and helpful answering all my questions when I first submitted my claim. I was recently involved in a car accident and I brought my vehicle here for the repairs, the CarSmart Collision staff were extremely helpful through the whole process. They we’re very communicative and always kept me updated on the work being done and progress of the repairs. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, and in a way I could understand. I really appreciated how friendly and understanding the staff were as well. All the repairs done on the vehicle were great, there is no way to tell there was any damage before. I had a collision with a deer and needed to find a place to get my car repaired. Went to many shops and when I went to Car Smart I knew it was the place to use. The people were friendly efficient and seemed to know what they were doing. All of this proved true. They went out of their way to keep me informed of the progress on my repair. Were very friendly during all of our inteactions. Explained things to me well. Picked up my car and it looks great!! Thank you for fast, courteous, service.
