Employees were friendly but was sold a firearm under the pretense it worked properly, it won't even cycle a round . Either they didn't check it when they bought it, or they knew it wasn't fully functioning and sold it under "working" pretense buyers beware all sales final . I have not reached out to them as dirty pawn shops often operate in this manner

Went in to retrieve an item at four and they said we're closed in the website clearly said 6. Had item in the under 3 months but wanna charge the full three months. It's been 2 months and a few days as I went in to try to grab it one day after the two months mark but still want to charge a full three months.

Don't use the pawn for this place, they literally stole stuff from a pawn we picked up. They also didn't call us on a couple of things so they could sell it. Horrible. They used to be good, then they changed up management and just became absolutely horrible

Back before new management over 2 years ago this place was best in town but supersave is now #1 pawnshop in Burlington period.This pawn now under corporate management barley gets business high pawn rates low balls ppl to the rim and does not negotiate well at all or fair .I see this place closing its doors soon I hope so they deserve to have no business
