Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!!!!....it's just sad how even though you spent pretty good money at this establishment (Burlington, Nc), you STILL don't get the service you deserve. Let me explain; we purchased drywall and installation and was expected it to be delivered on a certain date, only to be told that they didn't have someone to delivery it, so 3 days later we receive the delivery and THEN it was the wrong installation. We had put an open fiber glass package in our car and take it back smh talk about inconvenience. Get to the store no apology or anything and THEN they told us to go in the back and find the right one and they can swap it. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME ? NOPE your gonna go get a cart and bring it to the front....after taking off work, waiting, being told we have to wait even longer....everything we could have done on my days off is now delayed. THANKS HOME DEPOT an NO thanks...so make sure you expect to NOT expect your delivery to get to you at this location and guess what they don't CARE.
P.s I guess because they waved the delivery fee; they would make it their business to bring us the WRONG items. The days are gone were customer service exist; sad world because you could have at least been sorry or at least act like it! Yes two post because this is unceptable!!

I visited the Burlington store on 11/10/2024 to have some stain for my fence mixed. When I approached the paint area, the associate never acknowledged me or indicated, "Can I help you?" A second employee made eye contact with me but never said anything as well. I kindly waited to see if the associate working in paint would assist me, but he made eye contact and went back down the aisle. I will never go to this Home Depot to shop again. Terrible customer service throughout.

My granddaughter went into Home Depot to purchase appliances for the first time. Fortunately she was helped by Mr. Jeff Bailey. He put together a package that was affordable and reasonable. He did not take advantage of her youth and inexperience. Thank you Mr. Bailey for your genuine caring. I could tell you were the real thing all the way from N.C. to Oregon!

Order stated ready to be picked up and then was cancelled once I arrived. Manager said there was a glitch in the website on pricing and refused to give me the items I purchased.

Home Depot is a great place to purchase anything for your home.
Recently purchased paint from this store and a wonderful lady by the name of Paulette helped me decide color and texture. If you need help she is the one to see. Also the Behr paint is a great paint.

Tried to call to see if a sample board of available asphalt shingle colors was available there for review. I was cut off on two call attempts to the shingle dept, and on the third attempt I got the main customer service person who was apologetic but could not help me.
