My review has nothing to do with the quality of their banking or the people. But in the end it is a representation of their people and lack of willingness to do anything.The design of their drive thru is a hazard and they will not fix it. I was making a deposit for someone and as you leave there is a huge island curb that you simply can not see. There is no vertical marker that it’s there. And from the driver seat it’s so low that you can’t see it. I hit it and did $600 in damage to my car. And it’s clear I am not the only one who has had this issue. The curb is chipped and completely black from how many people have hit it.Their insurance company said they agree it’s an issue and he understands that probably lots of people hit it but they will not pay because I should have seen it. He instead blamed the city. The city laughed at this response and said the owner of the building is responsible for this. Still nothing. No response. And months later the horrible design remains and no one cares.
