“Best combination of service, price and personal attention! My doctor in Raleigh recommended Total Care 5 years ago, when my wife and I had problems with our “chain” pharmacy ordering medication. One call to Total Care and she had her medication the next day. “Total Care” is not just a pharmacy name. “Total Care” is the service they provide. Thank you!”

“I have been trading at the Apothecary for almost 50 years. Family owned business that takes good care of the community. They offer bubble packing and delivery service both of which I have used and has been very beneficial to me. Thank you for all the years of taking care of my pharmacy needs.”

“I typically use the CVS closest to my house. This is on Rankin Mill in Greensboro, NC. They have to be one of the worst CVS's I've ever encountered. I understand they (and everyone else) are busy. They rarely answer their phones & when they do they are beyond rude. Per Pharmacist; "We are not answering the phones because they are not important". I live outside of Greensboro in a more rural town, so I have to drive about 20 minutes. Everyone I've talked to complains about this particular CVS. I'm sure I am not the only one who has complained; I thought you might need to know this!”

“This is a typical drug store. We have used this one for years. The pharmacy can get busy at times so there can be a significant wait time. The retail section is kept clean and uncluttered. Staff has always been courteous and helpful including the pharmacist. Usually there are some unadvertised specials available. Their special occasion cards stock is one of the best around with a lot of options.”

“The pharmacy staff at this location consistently demonstrate high professionalism and care, particularly Kris, Shane, and Brittany. Their dedication to excellent service truly reflects the values of the Walgreens brand. Although this pharmacy is out of my way, the quality of service and the exceptional staff make it worth the extra travel. I appreciate their efforts and am willing to go the distance for the great experience they provide! Great job, Walgreens!”

“Absolute top notch customer service, especially the pharmacy that I deal with most of the time. Surely some complain about long drive-thru waiting, but the customers are likely to blame. Walk inside and watch everyone in the pharmacy moving non-stop and you will agree.

Even though we no longer live that close to this location I still gladly make the drive there. The staff is always very friendly, helpful, ask if there are any questions or concerns and they tolerate my deafness extremely well. I never expect the world to change to accommodate my hearing loss, but they make sure nothing is lost in communication. 5 stars and then some!”

“I love CVS, and tonight I was greeted in an aisle I was searching and asked if I needed help. In my experience that kind of service is rare in a drugstore. My only complaint (and I've heard this from friends, also) regarding CVS is the printing of so many coupons and wasting paper. I use the CVS app on my phone, and you need to figure out ways to promote that option and make it easier to use. I used self checkout, but I didn't see an option to NOT print all those coupons. “I read the 1 star reviews & have to feel in the last month their are new folks in the Pharmacy as I could not have been treated better with all the issues I was having with just going on Medicare & having to use part D. Both the young man at the register trying to get my scripts approved, to the pharmacist who offered to help me, they not only explained what was wrong, but the pharmacist also gave me a printout showing why my scripts were getting denied by Medicare. They could not have been more helpful, kind, and they were very respectful to me. With the information I was given, I was able to get Medicare to correct their mistake, of which Medicare was not polite, insisting they made no error, yet in the end, they corrected their error. After getting my medications, I felt bad for the nice pharmacist who had helped me, as he & those that you talk to at the counter have to deal with Medicare all the time.”
