I am extremely pleased with the owner, who took time to listen to my concerns the minute I walked in, without an appointment initially. He was professional, pleasant, thoughtful and explained everything in a manner I could understand. When we brought our car in for servicing Ryan was equally impressive. Everything was done in a highly skilled and competent manner. It was like we were lifetime customers and we felt valued and we left confident that we could return to rely on these professionals to help us with our automotive problems for years to come. They were both a breath of fresh air so to speak and we could not be happier with our experience!!!

Norris Automotive is an honest, trustworthy repair place for my truck and car. They always give me a price ahead of pick up so I am never surprised. The mechanics often explain what went wrong and the general health of my vehicle. I like scheduling oil changes in advance which saves me time!

1 place told me what was wrong with my car but didn't give me a price and I called Norris they gave me a price, set up and appointment and fix the major thing I needed fix along with a couple of others plus gave me suggestions on the things they couldn't fix in half a day. Called me after they fixed my main problem and told me what was wrong with the other things I mentioned and gave me the prices instead of going ahead and fixing it without letting me u know which I appreciated them doing! I have an older car and appreciated the way they took care of it like it was a brand new car! I'll always keep going to them!

My wife and I started using Norris on a recommendation and have used them for several repairs now. Each time, Mike and Ryan have been friendly, respectful, and accommodating even on days that were busy ones.

Brought 2011 XJ Jaguar in for a coolant leak I was pretty sure that I had one major leak but they found all my leaks and repaired them. One of the employees seen me walking towards the bank and decided to pick me up and take me where I needed to go. Upon retrieving my vehicle the mechanic that worked on the car explain every little thing to me ( knowledge is power)A business like this with the staff that it has that it has will continue getting my business and I'm pretty sure anyone and everyone that interacts with them.
